A dragon whos lake used to glisten with a beautiful turquoise tint.
The lake is now polluted by the actions of humans, this causes him to constantly be in pain and have troubles controlling his power (which is why you can see some of his scales)

| GANG ORIGIN |
The humans who lived near him were a thriving and ever-growing community. Chast never interacted much with them but they shared a quiet, mutual respect for each other.
That is until the small village suddenly started growing at a rapid rate and started to become a bustling city. This seemed like a normal thing and Chast paid no mind to it, only wishing them the best. 
However something was off...
The people were different, they had different principles. They started to cut down and consume the natural resources around them at an alarming rate, this caused them to dump their waste irresponsibly in the area, including Chast's lake.
Investigating further into this sudden spurt of development, Chaste discovered that an 8-Tailed Fox that owns territory around this area was encouraging and tempting the humans into this behaviour. The humans have also started to worship foxes Many lesser foxes joined the parade in corrupting the humans to benefit from it.
Enraged, Chast vowed to destroy Celestial Foxes who use their power to corrupt humans. During this journey he has met celestials (including foxes) that have met similar plights or share the same ideals.
