[WIP] A notorious and very powerful supervillain, older brother to Benson Byrne.
Benson and Orson grew up in a household where nothing less than perfection was accepted. Their parents had the tendency to disapprove of the boys' interests outside of evil superscience, resulting in an unbearable pressure and expected rivalry between them.
Once a high school gang leader, Orson's name became feared among his peers and folks around the town. Many wouldn't bother his younger brother for fear that he'd make it his business. But as Benson grew more jealous and resentful of Orson's status, Orson grew increasingly sick of their parent's expectations and left town to be free of them.
10 years and many felonies later, Chemi-kill is known and feared across the nation, having ravaged several cities with his syndicate for seemingly no reason other than a love of chaos. Recently, he's decided to visit his hometown, to remind everyone of what a "real danger" looks like.
Orson boasts a wild, irresponsible, destructive personality, yet is quite clever and persuasive. He is known for his spray cans, containing a corrosive gas capable of melting buildings and machinery in mere seconds. Hits hard and fast, but moves on or tires quickly due to a lack of stamina/interest. Rumor has it, he can actually be a pretty nice guy.
