Mimi

Mimi is an octoling who doesn't remember a lot from her life before coming to Inkopolis, and came to the surface by stowing away in a storage crate in transit. She's not much of a combatant, instead being more of a survivalist. In Turf Wars she takes a sneaky or defensive stance, opting to stray from her teammates and ink turf in neglected areas. She doesn't have a proper home, so she lives inside the Kelp Dome, hiding in various places and eating the plants growing there. She also uses plants from the Kelp Dome in her "squidcraft", her own loose variation of witchcraft that she's made up based on old books about such practices.

She wears the Fresh Fish head to "protect her identity", it's wholly for her own security and paranoia as a self-made survivalist. She only takes it off in front of other people she trusts, which are only other octolings. She likes hanging out with her friends Tempest and Cephalon, since they seem to be the most tolerant of her exuberant personality and strange habits.
