A rather conservative Council Head, contrasting Queen Adelina's liberal ideals. He is calm and level minded, often acting on his strong set of morals and beliefs set heavily in tradition. Despite disagreeing with Adelina about the Empire, Lionel agrees that for now it is best to keep their heads down while two monsters of nations fight between each other.

Lionel was a nobleman by birth, and grew up in the Silkern Kingdom. He was an excellent student, particularly in diplomacy and politics, being chosen to be in the Silkern Kingdom's Foreign Affairs department before being promoted to a Council Member. He became the Council Head after Lanse's ascension through the vote of the people who believed in a conservative leader alongside the liberal Adelina.
