Species: Manticore
Height: 4'9" (paws to head)
6'5" (paws to the tip of the wings)
- Named after the Phoenician goddess of lascivy and war, Astaroth.
- Prefers to be called Astar rather than her full name.
- Likes shiny things, lizards, and adventurous stories.
- Her saliva is poisonous and, obviously, her sting secretes venom, which may kill a human in minutes.
- Enjoys being pampered.
- Has random bursts of energy.
- Behaves somewhat as a small dog.
Personality: Astaroth means well half of the time she does something bad. She's clumsy and so easily distracted people learn the hard way not to trust her with guarding or carrying precious things. She does not like to talk, although she finds some very specific subjects interesting and may listen to anyone that talks about them for hours (constantly pursuing them to continue talking by nipping them rather strongly.) Astar is usually very cheerfull and likes to make that very clear (she usually does so by screeching and chirping, even though she does have the ability to talk). Astaroth may get mad very easily over silly inconveniences and will most likely throw a fit whenever that happens.
