Initially born around 200 years before the main storyline, he was the younger half-brother to the most well loved kid in the village. He was a sickly kid, and always envied his brother for being everything he couldn't be. He takes an interest in the ancient magic of their ancestors, specifically a spell that would grant him the powers of Balance, abilities relating to discord and chaos, and order and control. However this spell requires the involvement of at least 2 souls to work, which leads him to discover another spell to take another's soul and bind it to one's own. He tricks his brother in order to take his soul, and while he succeeds in this he also accidentally takes some of his brother's consciousness, trapping him inside his mind. He goes on to perform the other spell, and gains the powers of Balance. However, instead of using them for good, he goes mad with power and begins his attempt for world domination. Part of which is creating a power source that allows him to take control over those who are exposed to high amounts (the same power source involved in Kitty’s ‘incident’), and another part is causing chaotic disasters (such as The Train Crash). He resides in a town whose occupants are entirely under his control, until he is discovered by Seeker and brought to justice for the destruction he caused.
