Chester Wong

A gambler with "insanely good luck" (he's just really perceptive and can spot cheaters), he dropped out of Economics in university after a trip to the casino. While not gambling and/or betting, she spends the money she accumulates from those in bespoke suits and classic lolita coordinates, having a preference in muted colours. He trades and rents/sells away said clothing to help cover up apartment rent. Her hair is usually kept long regardless of gender presentation.
