Background: Malakai is known as an entity around a couple of realms. He is often the Inugami people consider to be a curse. Once summoned, instead of helping the summoner, Malakai chose to kill him and the summoners family right along with him. He never liked people who rely on help of an entity. Especially when he gets summoned to harm their enemies. What kind of twisted game was that?
Ever since, he had been latching onto people who clearly were in need of help or even asked him with genuine pure pleas. He is an Inugami, yes, but he is one of the few which still have a tiny bit of empathy left.
Summoning: He has been summoned how legends tell. With a decapitated dogs head and the entire gruesome ritual, leading to the dogs death. Malakai is a deity which took over the body and sheds it's old skin. Creating a 'true dog form'. Thus, the Inugami is created.
