Adam

Adam is a doctor and researcher dealing in unusual cases, often with supernatural origin. While he doesn't get many clients, the ones he does get pay him handsomely for his expertise. Despite being in the medical field, he's certainly not what you would consider a kind-hearted healer; in fact, he's more detached than most in both his professional and personal life. His eventual goal, through studying the cases and creatures that he does, is to find the secret of immortality, as he's been diagnosed with a terminal illness himself and will likely die long before he'd like to.
