Damien grew up in a small family and spent most of his childhood alone with few friends. This led him to develop poor social skills, but a deep desire to grow closer to others. As a result, he is a bit awkward and doesn't have much confidence in his abilities to interact normally with other people. This sometimes causes him to either be too distant to others, bring up weird topics in an attempt to start a conversation, or inappropriately overshare with others. Regardless, he is sweet and eager to help others as much as possible. He has a lot of anxiety and is tired most of the time, meaning he can often be found napping. Damien has a bad habit of chewing on his paws when he is in distress or worried. 

He enjoys being active and running around, but since he lives a fairly sedentary life he doesn't have the best stamina. He's a fan of playing around with frisbees. Damien is an academic by trade and spends a lot of time reading journals and writing papers. However, in his spare time, he likes to draw and play videos such as Breath of the Wild and Overwatch. He loves sunflowers and his favorite foods are zebra meat and bananas. He can often be spotted wearing his pink hoodie but loves other hoodies and sweaters.

Damien is a borzoi and a lot of his timid, emotionally sensitive, and couch potato qualities come from that side of him. He is rather slender, has a slightly longer muzzle than most dogs, and has a notable chest frill associated with borzois. That said, he is a mix and has some husky in him, which gives him a slightly bulkier build than most borzois, a larger fluffier tail, and ears that perk up instead of staying floppy. He has light blue accents, chiefly his tongue and paw pads.
