- In her corrupted form, her mouth is almost always open, though may be drawn closed.
- Nephrite's necklace is a physical object and would be left behind if poofed. It wraps around her neck twice.
- In her stable form, her headkerchief has a star on it.
Very sweet and soft-spoken. Enjoys the beauty of Earth. In her corrupted form, her state of mind is more like that of a feral animal.
Lived with some other Crystal Gems on Earth before accidentally corrupting herself by fusing with Jasper into Prasiolite.

Location: Eye
When stable, Nephrite's gemstone is located in the position of, and serves as, her singular eye. When corrupted, her gemstone is moved to her mouth, where it remains functioning as an eye.
