Although it was once an angel, after being expelled from Heaven, every emotion Zadkiel had was infected with an all-consuming rage. As an act of rebellion, it seeks to destroy anything made in God's own image. It is an unstoppable force of brutality and savagery that strikes down anything in its path. All of its boundless mercy has turned to violence and the only satisfaction it feels is in slaughter.

- Its weapon of choice is a machete, although it will use anything. It can also be depicted with a hook and chain or a butcher's knife.
- The suit that it wears is a thick latex with a texture similar to that of a drysuit with no discernible method of removal.
- There is a deep, fleshy wound in the center of its mask that constantly weeps.
- Both of its hands are pierced by glowing red stigmata. On its back, there are two zippers where a pair of wings would be.
- The apron and gloves that it wears are a rubbery texture. It wears a thick metal collar around its neck.
