Mitsuo has the slender build of a ninja with years of training. He has shaggy blond hair and bright blue eyes. His skin is pale due to growing up in snow covered areas. He is extremely flexible, but very lazy. He wears a black body suit with armor plating over his chest. He keeps a pair of open toed boots that have armor plating up to his midcalf. He has a white yukata robe with blue fillagre that he wears off one shoulder to make his armor seem more fashion than protection.
Personality: Lazy, loud, rambunctious. Tends to do nothing productive unless ordered too. Enjoys spending time alone. When it comes to work, he is very strict. Oddly serious and very efficient.
Odd facts: Unwelcome in home village. Stole something of vital importance from them.
