  • By all appearances, Kou is a relentlessly cheerful creature with a knack for fixing things. However, they're almost always a little frustrated or puzzled and have mastered grumbling under their breath.
  • They're often found with small mechanical items in hand, pulling them apart and putting them back together repeatedly.
  • They very seldomly open their eyes - they do most things by sound and touch, and many assume that they don't have functioning sight. The truth of this is unknown.
  • Their constant companion is Michi, who purports to help Kou get around, but tends to lead them into trouble instead. Kou doesn't mind.
