Felix has an usually chipper attitude for someone with a sad past. He can come off overbearing and has a difficult time giving personal space. He is deaf and speaks mainly with sign language. While his hearing loss is severe, he can hear loud noises and voices with hearing aids, but he does not like wearing them. He lives in foster care. Felix has light purple eyes and tan skin.
