Reasoning: General anatomical shape in resemblance of Miltank, leaning towards Gengar's color palette for fur along with more canine/feline traits often associated with Gengar, leading to Motea's petite teats and shaggy dog-like tail in reminiscence of Gengar's shaggy scalp. She sports a cartoonish grin like her more wicked ancestor, along with a pair of cow horns in similarity to the bovine aspect that have been warped into a more triangular 'devilish' shape in regards to the prior. Her mitts are a mixture of Miltank's effeminate grabbers but carry paws rather than hooves due to aforementioned canine/feline association.
The milk she produces quickly drifts her victims off into a wonderful sleep where she then proceeds to eat away at their dreams. Sleep tight!
