She found Nietz while traveling and after discovering his glowing eyes, she decided to offer him a deal. He would get home and food for accompanying her because of his blessing. This relationship quickly became "something more" but Nietz didn't feel any love. Wanting to protect her, he rejected her proposal. Their life together didn't last long though.
