Dr. Disorder

Dr. Disorder is the 2nd in command at Sinistar, working under the infamous Mastermind. His clone-making power allows him to make clones of not only himself but anyone he sees, either as temporary clones that are completely under his control, but are physically weak, or entirely new lifeforms with sentience, but often carrying some form of glitches (the only publicly known example of the latter being Inkfree, a clone of the hero Lightshow.) He is a jack of all trades doctor, having extensive medical and surgical knowledge, as well as general knowledge about the human body and diseases.
