Pierce's angel form stands at a whopping 160ft tall.
The chances of ever seeing him in this form however are slim to none as he'll only take under in dire circumstances such as a similar sized opponent or an impending catastrophe such as a meteorite.
It actually does him no good at all to take this form since being 160ft tall lets his enemies see exactly where he is and allows them to hang around waiting for him in his human form.
Not only that, but Pierce rather wants to remain hidden from humans too! If they believe he's human himself then he can save himself a lot of trouble.
The process to take this form is rather unusual...
Pierce himself become incased in a large blue crystal while in his human form. The skeleton for this form will then form from the back of the crystal, and then the muscles and organs, and then skin and hair until it's a complete form and the crystal which contains his human body will be attached to this form's chest.
Oh top of his size being a strength this form is also his most powerful in terms of his angelic powers.
There's no holding back in this form! All of his options are open!
Angelic powers
Telepathy.
Telekinesis.
Can create light spears.
Can create energy orbs (think haduken)
Can form an energy shield.
Can dream share (bring someone else's subconscious into his mind and show them his memories, visions and dreams while their bodies remain in a trance'like state).
Strengths
Is huge!
Has a range of different angelic powers (see above)
Doesn't need to breath, he only does so to speak and regulate body temperature.
Can consume cosmic energy or souls to keep this form up for how ever long he needs.
Fast considering his size!
Sharp crystal claws.
Can fly (has wings).
Weaknesses
Needs to consume cosmic energy or souls to keep this form up.
Can not use his angelic powers if his eyes are blinded or irritated.
Destroy the crystal on his chest and he dies.
Destroy the other crystals and it weakens his powers and hinders his ability to consume cosmic energy.
He's fine with the cold! But extreme heat will burn him.
He bleeds just like any other living creature.

ANGELIC FORM
Pierce has varying stages of this angelic form.
His angelic abilities get stronger the higher the form he is.
Human form being weakest and full Angel being the most powerful.
Faint Halo: (common)
Pierce will still appear totally human except that a halo may start to appear above him.
Though the halo will be difficult to see appearing like vapor in the shape of his halo.
Angelic abilities are mildly improved.
Part form: (slightly less common)
He still appears fully human, but his halo is a little brighter and he gains his ribbon tails.
Angelic abilities are strong enough to deflect a car being thrown at him but not without putting a lot of strain on himself.
Half form: (uncommon)
Pierce still appears very humanoid but now he has his ribbon tails, full halo, glowing markings and the crystals above his shoulders.
His angelic abilities are much stronger allowing him to deflect a car with ease AND toss it back.
Full Angel Form: (Rare as heck!)
His full Angelic form is really something you don't want to see if you've gotten on the wrong side of him.
Not only is it his most powerful form having the strongest Angelic abilities, but it's also freaking huge....
To give a perspective of how huge this form is then lets put it this way....
To take this form Pierce himself crystallizes and is encased inside the crystal on the chest, and the rest of the body forms around it with his consciousness inside.
This form is extremely rare for him to take which means it's highly unlikely you will get to see it.
He will not just take it willy nilly...
Not only does he require the adrenaline to take this form but he also does not wish to draw attention to himself even if he does meet the requirements so it's only under very dire circumstances that this form will ever be seen.
And by dire that does not mean being close to death himself, but rather that it is required to take this form to avoid a catastrophe.
