🔮Design Terms🔮

• 🟢All my designs automatically come with commercial use. You do not need to discuss it with me beforehand, go ahead and use your design for monetary use! (Make into a comic, make into a closed species, use as a brand mascot.)
  
  
• 🟢All I ask is that the original art of the design must be credited towards me WITH proper credit. Either linking back to my ToyHouse (ThatBlackFoxCanBark) or Instagram. (@thatblackfoxcanbork)
  
  
• 🟢You may ask me if I want a design of mine back! Sometimes I still like them and might be willing to trade/pay for it for the right price!
  
  
• ✅You may use your design for personal use in any way, shape, or form. (Roleplay, create stories/universes, receive commissions of your design, etc.)
  
  
• ✅You may change/redesign your design however you see fit. Major redesigns are allowed.
  
  
• ✅You may make edits to the design, including the original art. (Color palettes, accessories, hairstyles, etc.)
  
  
• ✅You may sell your design at any value regardless if you obtained it for free or from trading.
  - You may add personal art to value.
  - You may not however upscale the value to an extreme amount. (E.g. No selling a character worth 10$ for 100$. Sensible upscales such as selling a character worth 10$ to 15-20$ is okay.)
  
  
• ✅You may delete a design off of ToyHouse for any reason, except just to avoid crediting me.
  
  
• ✅You may hide/authorize-only your design. You do not need to authorize me.
  
  
• ❌Do not remove my credit from my design on ToyHouse.
  
  
• ❌Do not use my designs to create or promote pedophilic and/or zoophile art and/or content. I will not revoke the design, though you will be blacklisted from obtaining anymore of my designs.

ART

✅Art I made of your characters can posted anywhere as long as you credit me or link back to my ToyHouse or Instagram!

⚠️I will also use any art I make of your characters for my art, design, and commission examples!
