Haulan's a Tauries, which makes him a derse dreamer, and his aspect is time. 

He owns a club where he is both the keeper of the bar and of all the secrets. Nights last longer in there, so don't tell your friend you'll drop by later, or they'll be done partying before you ever get the chance to show up. Especially if Gloryn's around.

 In his spare time he likes to flarp, and he enjoys teaching newbies how to not get culled!
