Rhubarb's brother. Takes great pride in the history and reputation of Eastern dragons in particular, that they are patient creatures known for bestowing luck, fortune, and wisdom to others. In fact, he tends to come off as snobby when talking about things like this, and can get pretty stressed with the amount of work it takes to live up to his own ideals.
If you were to ask why he keeps some jewelry for himself instead of giving it to someone in need, he would likely change the subject, or perhaps make up something about how people need to see that he's capable of giving before they can feel comfortable accepting his gifts. And while there may be some truth to that, the real truth is that he just wants to have something nice for himself but doesn't want to be seen as selfish.
