Liidak

Born into a life of poverty, Liidak found his place as a prize fighter in the underground scene, trading the blood of his opponents for coin from wealthy patrons. He even altered his body in order to be more efficient, pulling his natural fangs and replacing them with metal ones that were much longer and impressively sharp. As he grew up, he was hired by underhanded businessmen who needed their competition intimidated, and even fought in a handful of wars - on both sides. For so long, he knew nothing but battle and blood and death.  

After an injury that left him partially blind, Liidak was spared from death by the intervention of an otherworldly patron. This eldritch being asked only for the eye he lost in exchange for Liidak's life, and Liidak was all too happy to agree. His eye was gone anyway, so what was the loss?

Now a days he trains the Paladins of the Tavern, training them in diverse combat skills. For all of his past violence, Liidak is very friendly and talkative, and loves to take new trainees under his wing and help them train. Many Paladins see him as a playful older brother, and often come to him for advice about their love life.
