Thora was born in the underwater city her people are from, but her family left when she was only four. She has vague memories of her time there as a child. She mostly grew up in a large city full of scholars, and went to the magic school there to hone her craft. When she was in her early twenties she decided to go out and look for her lost ancestral home, and met up with a small band of misfits. The group stumbled into many things, including a massive apocalyptic event. That set them on a long journey to gather the power they needed to protect their world and all of the people in it.

Life After

Thora and her friends succeeded in saving their world, and all of them miraculously survived. After a few years to come to terms with everything, as saving the world from an apocalypse didn't leave much time for thinking about the dangers you're in, Thora set out a second time to find her ancestral home. When she found it, she laughed until she cried, because she had been so close to it at one point. It wasn't great shape, so she spent years rebuilding it. Once it was in better shape, and the port near it sprang up and started to thrive, she decided that she missed adventuring! She used her newfound money and power to ease her troubles during travels, spent a few years just exploring a little and meeting new people.

It was during these years that she first met Annora. Annora was everything Thora had ever dreamed of in a woman, and was smitten immediately. The two of them had a short lived but amazing time together, but it came to an end when Thora needed to return home and Annora didn't want to join her. They promised to meet again, and Thora went home again a little broken-hearted. Eventually Annora realized she did in fact want to settle down a little bit, and went back to Thora and married her, and they had two children. They both still adventured and explored, and occasionally met back up with their friends from their pasts for various missions or even just to hang out!
