check out the planet called Earth, Peeps became his tour guide and showed him what humans and other supernatural beings get into when living on Earth.
 Immediately Peeps felt smitten with Mello and his antics during their shenanigans around the planet, leading up to Peeps offering Mello a place to stay 
whenever he needs a break from wandering across the universes. A home away from home one would say. As time went on things eventually lead to them 
spending a steamy night together and with it the start to something more than just a place for Mello to come crash. Peeps respects Mello's urges for wandering and 
exploring the infinite cosmos allowing them to have a flexible relationship of sorts, allowing Mello to go as he pleases when Peeps feels like staying home. 

And even if they are dimensions and universes apart Peeps' door will always be open and waiting for Mello's next spontaneous arrival. 
(So spontaneous sometimes it gives Peeps a heart-attack when he's not ready for it.)
