Clothing style

official style business suits. Always ice blue tones for suits.

His scarves are declined into various colors tones varying from light blue to dark grey. There are also ones who can change colours. While it is usually the long scarf that he wears (standard wearing would be around the neck but not limited to that), he could wear cowboy style scarves, but that'd be his last choice.

A strict adherent to the IBOCR rules, making sure his subordinates don't cross the line nor taking advantage of their position.

When he is wearing his scarf, he is serious, determined, inflexible, detached. He also never shows any emotions as it would be a weakness, due to this position.

He is not above using the worst methods to get critical information from suspects.

Cold and unwavering in his devotion towards the IBOCR.

Without that scarf, he becomes quickly enraged and obsessed to get it back, his sanity and lucidity will then be questionable; on the other side this would increase his physical abilities.
