Profile

Name: "The Crow", Camelia
Species: Wraith
Gender: Transwoman (She/Her)
Age: Unknown
Height: 7'6"
Personality: Silent and observant. Keeps to herself because she's sure that society would view her as a monster. Incredibly cagey, and keeps what she knows about her former self to herself. Reborn with an incredibly strong sense of justice, and almost none of her memories. She has bits and pieces of her former skills, but is pretty unsure about them. Despite her appearance, and vicious ways of dealing with criminals, Camelia is a very caring and patient person. She enjoys spending her time out in the wilderness, and it helps with her self-imposed exile. She is very curious, especially about her one remaining memory and wants to find the root of it.
About: There are many a scary story about the one who lurks in the shadows. The winged menace that many have named "The Crow", as death follows everywhere she's seen. Her name is sung as ghost stories, told as warnings through the means of bedtime stories, and travels from town to town, mouth to mouth. Many people agree and disagree on multiple things about her, but one topic constantly returns to the surface. Is she friend or foe? Nobody knows why the Crow does the things she does. Nor have many witnessed her first hand, and the ones who have, the stories are always ever-changing. Some say she has the appearance of a bird, with the mighty black wings of a vulture, and the talons of an eagle. Others speak much of her mighty claws, and state she has the hooves of a deer. No one can really come to a solid agreement on the appearance of this towering creature. But one thing is for sure. Whether people fear her, are indifferent to her, or wish to hunt her themselves; she still stands tall after all these years, and seems to have no intentions of vanishing.

Behind all the myths and the legends is the lonely woman herself. She feels the need to help people and punish wrong-doers, but doesn't understand why. She hardly remembers returning to life itself. Even this form, her own body, seems foreign to her. The shadows that shape her are ever shifting and changing, and she feels at war with her own identity. Who is she? Where did she come from? Why is it when she speaks, every voice is different, and none come from her? What does she sound like? Has she always looked like this? If not, how has she ended up the way she is now? There are no answers within her own mind, and that terrifies her. She stays far away from civilization when she is not being led by her sense of justice. A part of her feels like she is not permitted to be a part of such a world, and she knows that she would terrify everyone around her. There is one desire she has left though. The only memory she has left is the face of a man she does not know. More than anything, she wants to find him, just to know why he holds such significance to her, and if he knew Camelia. The name she used to have. It is not one she has shared, as she does not have many, if any, friends, but to hear that name from her would be the ultimate sign of trust.
