Early on in her life, she was bullied a lot. Mainly for her name, but also because she dreamed of being a fashion designer. This did put her down, and she suffered from bouts of anxiety while growing up. Eventually, she would end up meeting two heroes, Mobians who were different but who could still save the day, and they inspired her to continue trying to follow her dream. With their help, as well as assistance from a rat named Rolly, Cho-Cho managed to eventually achieve her goal of being a fashion designer! By now, she's been doing it for about 6 years, making a name for herself with Rolly acting as her model most of the time.

Eventually, the orange Dog would find herself meeting an odd orange Hedgehog, who called herself Jannie. The two spoke for a while, finding out that Jannie was from the future, and they ended up discovering that they both loved fashion. The two became quick friends, and Jannie joined the friend group as a second model for Cho-Cho.

Rolly Rat: Best Friend. She really likes being around him, and is happy that he is willing to model things for her.

Jannie the Hedgehog: Best Friend. They're both pals! They share interests, that being fashion, and can commonly be seen hanging out together talking about clothes and making clothes.
