Prisoner

His tounge is NOT a ribbon. It is a snake tongue. Do not draw it as a ribbon. Do NOT draw his tongue if his mouth is not open. It is a thicker tongue. 

His forelock IS that long and that shape. Do not draw him without it. Do not draw him without his leg bangles or tail wrap if you are drawing a full body of him.

He is a white Clydesdale 

He was born form the ashes of the old world

He has 2 sisters, Kayla and Daria and a niece, Lila, or Little Prisoner But he does not see his family at all.

He is the King of a large dence forest.

His tongue holds a sort of poison but only on the top half.

The poison can stun the victim for between 5 minutes to 20 with one hit of his tongue.

His tail wrap is made of a  coarse cloth.

He loves cats but hates dogs as dogs usually have humans that want to capture him.

He also loves cookies except for peanut butter ones.

Prisoner has one best friend, Stark. The two get together every ten years to cause mayhem

His eyes are a dark dark brown and look soul-less

Personality: He's quite an elusive fellow. not kind towards new comers. 

But once one get's through his very thick barrier, he's quite a loyal companion
