Poor Rolly was moved about all throughout his childhood, his parents would travel a lot for his job so he never really lived in one place for very long. Because of this, he ended up with all sorts of different clothes from many different designers. His most important move ended with him finding himself living in the same area where Cho-Cho was living, they go to the same school and she ends up becoming his first ever friend. He was always short for his age, which was a primary target for others to insult him. He soon ends up meeting Cho-Cho and Sonic, and they find themselves becoming quite good friends. Rolly helps the Dog with her anxiety, and decides to stay with her to help with her work so he didn't have to move when his parents did again. He's been living with Cho-Cho for 6 years by now.

Something he didn't expect was when Cho-Cho brought home an odd orange Hedgehog who claimed to be from the future, he was a little bit suspicious of her at first but eventually they managed to speak together and became friends. It definitely helped that both had to spend a lot of time together being models for Cho-Cho's clothes, they had a common interest to share and enjoy.

Cho-Cho the Dog: Best Friend. She was one of his first ever friends! He really likes spending time with her, and listening to her talk about things she likes.

Jannie the Hedgehog: Friend. Though not quite as strong a friendship as his one with Cho-Cho, they are still quite good friends. They have to do modeling together a lot, which probably helps.

Sonic the Hedgehog: Friend. One of his two first friends, it was a chance meeting that let Rolly meet the world-famous hero Hedgehog, and they somehow became friends! Rolly loves to share photos of his latest modelling shoots, he's pretty proud of it.
