Simplified:

× Basically Haigha lived a normal life before the Train came and destroyed everything. After that she decided to fight for her home. 

In detail: 

× She lived in the Mad Hatter's domain but used to travel to other regions. When the Train destroyed Wonderland, she took the head on the Hatter's guard and protected Crockery and Mad Hatter's domain. She holds Alice/Mitia responsible for what happened.

× So yeah she's mad, but everybody is in Wonderland. She can lead an army, or just people in general. She loves to play with her "prey"/opponent. She loves long fights.

× She has long brown and black hair tied in a loose pony tail. She has hare ears. Her teeth are sharp and her skin is pale. She has cat eye pupils and her eyes are yellow and red. She wears a strange top, tied to her right side, the right sleeve is long with a zipper going around. The left one is short with bands going down to the elbow. Her nails are quite long, like claws. She has powerful legs under an off-yellow pants and a burgundi steampunk skirt. She wears heavy heel boots strapping her legs up to her thighs. Though she wears human boots, she has hare like feet.
