He was supposed to be a design for someone palette challenge, but he ended up not being close enough to what they requested/ i ended up liking him a lot. His name when put through a universal translator just gives the symbol ??. The universal translator hasn't had this problem before, so no one know why this happens with his name only. He was a space "pirate"(he really was just a petty thief and a general nuisance) but is now in a sort of forced diplomatic program.
