▪︎ A wandering traveler, someone who usually carries around a backback of trinkets for sale. He is someone who could sell a shell to a snail, and he will happily take trades and stuff.

▪︎ He is also someone you would go to for... lets just say, aquiring things that you aren't legally supposed to have. He isn't a thief himself, of course! At least, he claims not to be. But he knows plenty of them. Supposedly. 

▪︎ Jem will do just about anything for coin, as long as it wont get him in trouble. He also does plenty of things for favors, though. He has a debt racked up that he may or may not intend to actually pay off.

Compliments. Jemboa likes to think sun knows when sun's being played. But sun doesn't. He's a sucker for compliments, and it may get you a 5 coin discount. No more than that though.

Negotiation. Jem wouldn't be a merchant if sun didn't enjoy a good haggling on prices. Sun likes the pull of going back and forth with prices.

Gossip. Especially if Jem is the one spreading it. Tv doesn't stay in one place long enough to really get invested in any drama, but tv has heard enough rumors to last a lifetime.

Regulations. What do you mean, selling stolen items is illegal?? Annoying regulations have Jem occasionally losing business from the more wary customers.

Authority. Especially cops. For obvious reasons. They interrupt Jem's business!! 

Being caught in a Lie. If confronted for tv's lies, Jem finds himself kind of at a loss for words. Jem is only good at sales pitches, not talking itself out of situations.
