1. Do not change the credits, they are set correctly and do not need editing.
2. If your Terms of Use/Service "voids" or grants you power over my own terms, do not contact me.
3. My Terms of Use reigns above the buyers, any conflicting rules will be settled in favour of my Terms of Use.
4. My Terms of Use are enforceable, as you must agree to my rules and obtain an adoption code to process the adoption.
5. Do not resell for more than you initially paid.
6. You may add the price of all commissioned art to the resell price, but know that art obtained for free cannot add monetary value.
7. This rule trickles down to future owners.
8. Changing the design is fine!
9. Kinning or using the character as your main sona after the adoption is fine!
10. Comercial use of the character post-adoption is fine! No royalties involved.
11. Most adoptables will be set to resell/retrade/regift, this does not mean that the rules are null. Refer back to rules 5-7.
12. I will specify the means of obtaining an adoptable as well as the price paid in the ownership log. Please view this to see if the seller is price gouging.
