Oliver

Oliver is a dragon like creature that resides in the tundra ruled by Blanche.

He has been around a very long time and doesn't appear to have aged much if at all but due to the fact that he seems to be the only member of his species, no one is really sure how long he will live for.

For this reason, Blanche still keeps her distance from him if she can, but since he has been around for what seems like centuries, she occasionally caves out of loneliness and talks to him, which she usually immediately regrets.

This is likely because Oliver is very talkative and very sassy and sarcastic. He will talk about anything and everything and make sarcastic remarks about those he is speaking with. 

He doesn't mean to be rude or annoying, he has just lived a very long time in a frozen, barren tundra and the words just pile up inside him after so long of having no one to talk to and spill out when Blanche approaches him. Not to mention that another side effect of only very rarely having anyone else around means he never really learned how to properly socialize.

Sometimes he will venture into the neighboring forest land to visit Kaden since he is far more welcoming than Blanche and willing to listen to Oliver's rambling and sometimes ramble back.

Oliver is always accompanied by a small winged fox named Sterling who assists him in pulling pranks and just being mischievous in general. The two are never apart and have been that way for as long as anyone can remember.
