(Cerise) Zircon

This Zircon gem is a relatively failed experiment in Homeworld's project to try and create more efficient "Thinker" gems during the Crystal Gem War. While she's relatively defective in her original purpose, Homeworld kept her as a "prototype" and allows her to function as any original Zircon. This puts pressure on her, as she can sense the judgmental eyes on her, looking for any excuse to shatter her. Still, several, persistent signs remain as a reminder that she's not quite the same: her item is a parasol, not a writing utensil; her color is a bright pinkish-red, not blue or green; her dance style, as much as she is trying to master the waltz, seems to lean more towards... a tap dance....

When she's asked to defend some ragtag gems from Earth, one with the name of Coral, she's not quite sure what to think of their.... unique? personalities.... So what's drawing her to them...?

(AKA: in which Nathan gets me into Steven Universe. In which he tells me to make a gem and I do. And in which I learn that there is a gem named hyacinth and it's a fcking reddish-pink zircon. She's not technically a Cerise persona, but she iiiiissss a Cerise Zircon 8D)
