Born blind, Orion never saw any of the world surrounding him. As he was still a newborn baby, his village was attacked and burned down, his parents killed. He was found by Pandora while on a mission, which carried him back home to Timothy. They discussed what they should do, and agreed on giving the child to Elpis. He grew in love and care, being raised without any hate in his heart. He learned to love the world with nothing but sounds and words, and as Elpis finally thought it was time for him to meet new people and make friends, Orion found out he was actually pretty stuck up. He was shy and often stuttered on his words, lacking confidence. But he quickly made friends with the other kids around, taking a special liking to Artemis, which always was around to guide him, being his eyes. When Pheme was born, he was just as loving to his younger brother, and vowed to do his best to protect him. He started to train his other senses, and to everyone's surprise, Orion became a very skilled blind archer, using sounds and wind to guide his arrows. When his team met up with Rhys, the latter offering him eye implants to restore his vision. Orion hesitated, a little afraid of the unknown, but agreed nonetheless, and discovered a newfound love for the world. Even with his new vision, Artemis and Orion can always be seen together. |
