Lilith

Lilith is a magical girl from a different world who comes to Earth to find worthy enough people (who happen to be just men lmao) to be her magical "apprentices". 

She looks young; her Earth age would be 19, but her actual age is a much higher number. She is still considered young back on her homeworld too.

Her magical outfit is a black flower patterned dress with that white flap (??) on her neck, a while corset like middle, and a short to long skirt, with open toed boots of the same color scheme, and sleeve puffs on her upper arms. Her dress has a huge hot pink bow with long strands and her magic item (wand with upside down heart) is gold with a hot pink circle. One of her eyes is hot pink and the other is a teal. Heterochromia is normal on her world so these would be her usual eye colors. Her blonde hair would show strands that are the maincolors of her apprentices; this only happens once she has such people, so normally she wouldn't have those. Her gloves are of the same pattern as her dress, and her dress has a ... whatever the bone like structure of a large hoop dress is called (???) 

Her Earth outfit is a gray hoodie with a green tutu like skirt and a hot pink cancan layer under it, with long striped pink and white socks, and gray and blue shoes. Great fashion sense amirite lol jk. though she can have any outfit you make or what's under the disguise tag in the gallery.
