A DRUID OF SPORES

ABOUT

The youngest girl among her siblings, Roth has always struggled to find her true place among the family. While magically gifted as many of her bloodline, her magic took a different route. She’s not combat-oriented, instead feeling more in tune with life around her. As with all her siblings Roth has enjoyed a proper education and has had private tutors since as long as she can remember. She grew up in the lap of luxury. Despite that, she didn’t turn out spoiled. Because of the fact she isn’t vying for a spot on the throne she ended up being the forgotten sibling, labeled as non-ambitious and cast aside in favour of others.

The negligence suited her well as it allowed her more freedom. She found herself with a lot more free to time to spend studying things she loves, and to explore the outside world. A true adventurer at heart. Roth grew into a scout, exploring the world and reporting back to her family, all while keeping the goblin customs close to heart. She found her true calling while maintaining an air of diplomacy, finally settling in properly in the family. Though the years of loneliness did take their toll as she still talks to plants this very day. Most of her conversations are held with a particular glowing mushroom that she harvested from her own room. A slice of home to keep on her travels. The belief that her mushroom talks back to her may be caused by the madness in her blood.

Trivia

  • Roth alway carries a particular mushroom with her which she keeps talking to
  • The wolf pelt she adorns belonged to her late pet wolf
  • Roth is fond of clutter and collects plants and animal bones
  • The mushrooms on her glow in the dark

I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.
