SOFIA LYNETTE WOLFE
History
Sofia was only an infant when she was left at the doorstep of the town's fire station, quite an unexpected and alarming surprise to all who saw her squirming in the basket. Despite the unusual appearance and rarity of a monster like her, she very quickly charmed the fire station, the case worker who saw to her care, and the human mother who would soon adopt her into her home.
She has never been a stranger to cruelty and bullying, looking as she does and being woefully soft spoken as a child painted an enormous target on her back. However, for all the bullies and cruel kids, she has always had a large number of friends, despite being soft spoken, she's always been a charming individual, many found her oddity charming, so despite her bullies, she has always been relatively sure of herself.
She was in high school when she began to really question her gender, but she's been drawn to more traditionally feminine things for most of her life. Her adoptive mother has always embraced her with open arms, and was the first person Sofia came out to, as well as the first person that began to consistently call her by the correct name and pronouns.
Her father however, has always chafed severely with what and who she is, the only person that has ever made the young monster feel shame for her body and being transgender. In the end, her mother chose her daughter's safety and happiness over the man that has tried so hard to tear her down, and the two divorced not terribly long after Sofia came out to both of them.
After high school, Sofia with a newfound confidence and drive, found a passion and love for her new job as a barista at the local hole in the wall coffee shop. It was shortly after she began working here that her friends really began to glam her up, and after a year of working here, the employees who'd become a second family began saving up money to change her life.
She has been living as Sofia fully and officially for three years now, and has recently began to develop a hardcore crush on the cute hipster boy, Knightly, who has made a habit of visiting the coffee shop regularly.
