I will make an updated and better formatted version of this TOS later! Please DM me if any clarification is needed, however, this should still suffice for now.

• You’re free to redesign the character to your heart’s content as long as it’s still recognizable. The ONLY exceptions to this is you are NOT allowed to whitewash (this includes lightening skin tones as well as drawing characters that have Afro textured hair with straight hair and removing non-Eurocentric features. If you want your character to be white don’t get a non-white design, simple as that.), erase disabilities, or make fat characters skinnier. If you do that, you will be banned from owning any further designs from me beyond the ones you already own. Don't be gross.
• Please DO NOT buy from me or get a design made by me if you are a racist, LGBTQ+phobe, sexist, antisemite, islamophobe, pedophile/pedo supporter/shipper, incest supporter/shipper, TERF, truscum, DDLG supporter, exclusionist in any way, fetishize wlw/mlm etc. You guys are gross and I don’t want you owning my shit, thanks!
• After the character is given to you, you possess full rights over the design, however I would greatly prefer if you wouldn’t use them to glorify pedophilia/rape/incest/bigotry etc. Legally I cannot force you to, but it would make me uncomfortable. You will be banned from owning any further designs from me besides the ones you already own. However, I have no legal rights to revoke the character, so you’re safe from that. Do NOT credit me if you do these disgusting things though, I don't want association with you weirdos WHATSOEVER.
• Please credit me for the design! Ofc you don’t have to mention me in every drawing you do of the character but do not claim credit for the character and at least credit me the first time you draw them. (However, if you'd like, please feel free to show me anything you make or get of them, I'd be ecstatic to see!! Except for NSFW because I'm a minor and cannot consent to seeing That Stuff)
• Since I'm 17 I'd really prefer if you didn't make sexual content involving designs I made! It'd probably be uncomfortable for both of us and maybe also legally weird I don't know. At the very least if you intend to make NSFW of them they HAVE to be an adult (at least 20) who looks, thinks and acts their age.
  
• If you choose to make them a minor (under 18) or the design was originally stated and/or intended to be a minor, you are not permitted in any way, shape or form to sexualize or make NSFW, lewd or pornographic content of them, """aged up""" or otherwise. This is not only illegal but highly immoral, fucked up and disgusting. I will report you to toyhouse staff if I find out you are doing any sort of thing like this in general. Don't be a fucking creep, please, it's really easy not to do.
• Please do not edit the original artwork made of the design without my permission!
• You own the design but not the original drawing of the character.
• Commercial usage of my designs is 100% allowed so long as I get credit!! Please let me know beforehand though, I'd be super happy to hear about it!! ^^
• Please don't reupload the original art by me to instagram/facebook/deviantart/websites that aren't related to character storage etc without my permission!! Ofc adding them to toyhouse or refsheet or worldanvil or any other character storage website is okay though lmao (as well as your website if you have an OC website--)
• Co-owning’s totally fine!! But I am not responsible for any complications that arise from co-owning.
• If you are going to delete the character from toyhouse PLEASE tell me. I would like to know beforehand since toyhouse is how I keep track of my designs.
• Reselling/trading/gifting the design is totally fine! Heck you can even sell it for a little more than what you got them for, but don’t go too ham. Like, maybe $1 more. This ofc doesn’t count if you’ve paid for commissioned art!! Then add on the price of that art to the value.
• Feel free to go ham with the bio! Give them a wild story if you want!! I’d honestly be so happy--
• Lastly, have fun with the character!! Lmk if you need anything cleared up!! Hell you can even share the story you’ve made for them with me!!
