Zaccai

Zaccai's had a rough go of things. He never knew his family and ended up brought up in a fighting ring. This is a tricky thing for a unicorn in my universes, since they can't intentionally hurt someone without getting twice the damage in return. The only exception being instinct, or indirect damage. Well, Zaccai's the sort of unicorn that would normally serve as a defender in a glory, as he has the ability to switch off intention and switch on pure instinct. This made him a big ticket as he grew in strength and skill...and he bided his time until he could escape, waiting for folks to grow lax in their security.

Having escaped, he found one of several programs that help folks like him and has taken up attending classes to first catch up on basic education and then to further it. In the meantime, he's taken up working at an antique bookstore. He's a little gruff and rough around the edges, and frankly he has a major case of 'resting murder face', but he's kind at his core and willing to help anyone if he's able to. That being said, he's no pushover. If you screw him over once, you're dead to him.
