i guess it's the ghost of a dog possessing a tv or something yeah
walks on table legs, the cord acts as a tail
can stay inside the tv or stick its head out a bit
the eyes are amorphous and usually asymmetrical, they're kinda blobby
neck can be any length
it has floppy ears and super sharp teeth (both black)
