Umami works as one of the nightshift workers. The Brains over her counterparts of Beauty and Brawns. Uma, made from a miso concoction and an egg, treads the closest to dangers in meat and magic. While the egg is not a living being, the fine line gives her a boost in a sense of humanity, yet risks her falling into a monstrous form if not kept under wraps.
Always seen paired with Yams, the brawns, there is something hideous and horrifying hiding under her calm demeanor.
