1. Absolutely do not sell my designs for higher than what you've paid for, specially if they were obtained through a trade or made for free.
However, this doesn't apply if you have commissioned work of the design in question.
2. You are allowed to do changes as long as the original design is still recognizable.
3. You're allowed to create "sibling" designs, as long as you don't overdo it.
