Nickelodeon is a big 90's fan. He's based on a water snake wiggle toy and has a rubber body. He has no bones, and the glitter inside of him will float to the bottom no matter what position he's in. His favorite song/video is the 1990 Doo Wop Dinosaurs Nickelodeon bumper.
