Linus is a dreamer. He's sensitive, gentle-hearted, and a bit lost in his own world. His father runs a small brewing operation in an old downtown factory, and Linus does a lot of the repetitive, simple jobs in production, but spends most of the time day-dreaming. He isn't particuliarly ambitious, and is a true pacifist, which his father finds baffling. Linus has a penchant for wordplay, particuliarly riddles and poetry, and often mumbles limericks to himself. His dream in life is to have a nice plot of land someday where he can tend a garden, and take care of a cat.
I keep imagining his story taking place in the Fallout universe, where he spends his free time in an abandoned diner, taking care of the wildflowers that grow amongst the windows and booths.
But his story would also work well in our 1960s/70s, so either timeline, really.
