Nare is the god of the forest and the hunt. He can turn into a coyote, and also basically anything he wants. He was married to Rura, the goddess of the sun, for a while. But as mythology goes, he asked her if he could gaze into her eyes, which she always held closed. When he looked at her, it seared him from the inside out and he died. He got better, but, he never regained his sight again. He's Liam's dad.
