General Adoptables.

- No refounds. Any request for a refund will be ignored. 

- Do not tracer / steal / recolor my adopts.*

- Credit me for the desings.

- If it's money: U have 72hrs to send the payment or i will to put the adopt to offer again.

- If it's Art: U have a max of 3 weeks for finish the payment or i will to put the adopt to offer again.

- I only accept USD/DA points/Oc's/Art.

- If you sell the adoptable, let the new owner know about my rules.

- If you violate any of my rules, if it is slight to the 3rd notice, it will be placed on the blacklist, if it is serious it will be immediately.*

- Do not under any circumstances sell a design of mine to someone on my blacklist.*

- Note that if you break some rules with *, I can revoke the character made by me.

Extras

- If you are gonna comment to buy one of my adopts, PLEASE let me know that you have changed your mind.. don't leave me hanging because it's rude.

- The first time you use it I want to be notified. I love to see what they do with my designs.

Do :

- You can edit the adopt as much as you want, as long as it is not a totally different character from the original and you receive my approval.

- Upload, edit for personal use only: profile photo, desktop / mobile background.

- Upload to your DA or any other social media: with credit to the designer (Mijusi).

Don't :

- Don't resell at higher price.*
(only if you get him more art + you've been with the oc for a month)

- Claim the design/art as made by you and delete my firm.*

- Use my art/adoptable to profit. Referring to accessories, clothing or any other similar. If you really want to do it, you will have to pay an extra (depends).*

It's Ok :

 Include my art when selling a character

 Use my art on a personal item like t-shirt for yourself and your bff.

It's Not Ok :

 Charge others for prints of my art*

 Put my art/ designs on items you plan to sell (ex. Print my art on mugs and selling them)*

C O P Y R I G H T S :

- Copyrights of the art/designs belong to the the artist (Mijusi).

- Commercial Uses: When the buyer pays the extra commercial fee, he/she is agreeing to buy the rights to reproduce (printing, making goods) to sell for profit; however, the buyer still does not own the copyrights.

- The artist (Mijusi) can upload the art to him social media, Deviant Art, and other art related web sites / galleries / personal portfolio, but the artwork will always with a watermark, and will always mention the buyer's nickname.

- The artist (Mijusi)will not re-sell the already sold adoptable to anyone else nobody else other than the buyer and the artist will ever own the original size of the art), but the artwork may be displayed in my personal projects (such as art portfolios / websites / artbooks and alike) only to be showcased as part of my past art works.

When buying an adopt of my property, I will assume that you agree and accept these rules and any claim about something already specified here will be ignored.
