MINI FACTS:
- He has Albinism (little to no melanin production). He is Mexican mixed with white.
- His parents were drug-addicted and were in need of money for their addiction. They took his eye as it was extremely rare due to his albinism. He ran away and found Octavio's dad which helped treat him to a stable condition. The med team in the hitman org adopted him. His brother is ISA !!
- When Ro was coping with his trauma he found comfort in the fish tank in the diner. He is passionate about marine biology.
